Official sourceIn this Part, an “ applicability motion ”, in relation to the application of a new EU act, means a motion of the Assembly tabled in this form— “That [ x ] should be added to the Windsor Framework by the United Kingdom and the European Union within the Joint Committee in accordance with Article 13(4) of that Framework.” where “[ x ]” is to be substituted with the title of the new EU act.
