Official source1 Section 412 (individual insolvency rules (England and Wales) is amended as follows. 2 In subsection after “Secretary of State” insert “ and, in the case of rules that affect court procedure, with the concurrence of the Lord Chief Justice ” . 3 After subsection (5) insert— 6 The Lord Chief Justice may nominate a judicial office holder (as defined in section 109(4) of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005) to exercise his functions under this section.
