1 Section 81 (compensation to officers and servants of the Commission) is amended as follows 2 In subsection (4)(b) after “Lord Chancellor” insert “ and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales ” . 3 After subsection (10) insert— 11 The Lord Chief Justice may nominate a judicial office holder (as defined in section 109(4) of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005) to exercise his functions under this section.
