Official source1 In section 41 of the Criminal Justice Act 1925 (c. 86) (prohibition on taking photographs etc in court), for subsection (2)(a) substitute— a the expression “ court ” means any court of justice (including the court of a coroner), apart from the Supreme Court; . 2 In section 29 of the Criminal Justice Act (Northern Ireland) 1945 (c. 15 N.I.)
