Official source1 The Human Rights Act 1998 is amended as follows. 2 In section 4 (declaration of incompatibility) in subsection (5) for paragraph (a) substitute— a the Supreme Court; . 3 In section 5 (right of Crown to intervene) in subsections (4) and (5) for “House of Lords” in each case substitute “ Supreme Court ” . 4 In section 6 (acts of public authorities) omit subsection (4).
