Official sourceIn the Clergy Discipline Measure 2003, in section 43(1) (interpretation) for the definition of “high judicial office” substitute— “ high judicial office ” means such office within the meaning of Part 3 of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 or membership of the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council; .
