Official source1 The Competition Act 1998 is amended as follows. 2 In section 38 (the appropriate level of a penalty) for subsection (10)(d) substitute— d the Supreme Court. 3 In section 47A (monetary claims before Tribunal) in subsection (7)(d) for “House of Lords” substitute “ Supreme Court ” . 4 In section 58A (findings of infringements) in subsection (4)(c) for “House of Lords” substitute “ Supreme Court ” . 5 In Schedule 13 (transitional provisions and savings) in paragraph 10 for sub-paragraph (6)(e) substitute— e the Supreme Court.
