Provision text
Official source1 The Treasury may require the Scottish Ministers to provide, within such period as the Treasury may reasonably specify, such information, in such form and prepared in such manner, as the Treasury may reasonably specify. 2 If the information is not in their possession or under their control, their duty under subsection (1) is to take all reasonable steps to comply with the requirement.
