1 Section 11 (tenure of office) is amended as follows. 2 In subsection (1) omit “except the Lord Chancellor”. 3 After subsection (3) insert— 3A It is for the Lord Chancellor to recommend to Her Majesty the exercise of the power of removal under subsection (3). 4 In subsection (9)(a) for “the President of the Family Division and the Vice-Chancellor,” substitute “ the President of the Queen's Bench Division, the President of the Family Division and the Chancellor of the High Court, ” .
