Provision text
Official source1 Section 79 (process for making Family Procedure Rules) is amended as follows. 2 For subsections (3) and (4) substitute— 3 The Lord Chancellor may allow or disallow rules so made. 4 If the Lord Chancellor disallows rules, he must give the Committee written reasons for doing so. 3 In subsection (5) for “, as allowed or altered” substitute “ and allowed ” .
