Provision text
Official source(1) There shall be a National House of Chiefs. (2) The House of Chiefs of each region shall elect as members of the National House of Chiefs five paramount chiefs from the region. (3) Where in a region there are fewer than five paramount chiefs, the House of Chiefs of the region shall elect such number of divisional chiefs as shall make up the required representation of chiefs for the region.
