Provision text
Official source(1) The Chairman of the Commission shall enjoy the same terms and condition of service as a Justice of the Court of Appeal, and a Deputy Chairman of the Commission shall enjoy the same terms and condition of service as a Justice of the Court of Appeal, and a Deputy Chairman of the Commission shall enjoy the same terms and conditions of service as a Justice of the High Court. (2) The other members of the Commission shall hold office on such terms and conditions as may be approved by Parliament.
