Official sourceThe status of a minister or deputy minister, who are not minister and a deputy Knesset Members, with regards to anything connected with minister, who are not the Knesset, is the same as that of a minister or deputy Members of the minister who are Members of the Knesset, but they shall not Knesset (Amendments have the right to vote. Nos. 42 and temporary provision, & 49)
