Provision text
Official source(a) A judge shall not be permanently transferred from the of position court where he is serving to a court elsewhere, save with the consent of the President of the Supreme Court, or pursuant of a decision of a Disciplinary Court. (b) A judge shall not be appointed to a substitute position in a court of a lower instance, save with his consent.
