Provision text
Official sourceWhoever is appointed as judge, shall make a declaration of allegiance allegiance before the President of the State. And these are the words of the declaration: "I pledge myself to keep allegiance to the State of Israel and its laws, to administer justice fairly, to avoid subverting justice, and to avoid demonstrating favor".
