Provision text
Official sourceAny enactment the validity of which would have expired enactment validation within the last two months of the term of the outgoing Knesset, or within four months after the Knesset decided to dissolve itself, or within the first three months of the term of the incoming Knesset – shall remain in force until the end of the said three months.
