Official sourceThe Knesset shall determine its work procedures. In so far as Rules of Procedure the procedures have not been prescribed by law, the Knesset shall lay them down in the Rules of Procedure. As long as the procedures have not been prescribed as stated, the Knesset shall act in accordance with the custom and practices accepted by it.
