Provision text
Official source(a) This Basic Law cannot be changed save by a majority of the Knesset Members. The majority required on the basis of this clause will be required for the decisions of the Knesset Plenum in first reading, second reading, and third reading. For the purpose of this article "change" - whether explicit or implicit. (b) The provisions of this article shall not apply to articles 45 and 46.
