A Member of the Knesset is entitled to resign his position. Member of the Knesset The resignation shall be by means of a personal submission of the letter of resignation by the resigning Member to the Speaker of the Knesset, and if he is prevented from submitting it personally – by means of delivery thereof in a manner prescribed in the Rules of Procedure. The letter of resignation shall be signed on the day of the submission or delivery.
