State control

(a) The State Comptroller shall review the economy, the assets, the finances, the commitments, and the administration of the State, of the Government Ministries, of every enterprise, institution or corporation of the State, of the local authorities, and of other bodies or institutions, which were defined by law as subject to the control of the State Comptroller. (b) The State Comptroller shall examine the legality of the activities, the integrity, the proper management, the efficiency, and the frugality of the inspected bodies, and every other matter which he might deem necessary.
