Official sourceThe Alternate Prime Minister in a rotation government shall Minister – the be the Substitute Prime Minister in accordance with article Substitute Prime 5(d), and no other substitute to the Prime Minister shall be Minister (Amendment appointed. No. 8, and temporary provision)
