Official sourceUnder this law the majority required to change articles 4, 9a, majority is required 34, 44, or 45 shall be required for decisions in the Knesset (Amendments Nos. 3, plenum in first reading, second reading, and third reading. 11 & 15) Regarding this article "change" – whether explicit or implicit.
