Disciplinary

(a) A judge is subject to the jurisdiction of a Disciplinary proceedings Court. (b) The Disciplinary Court shall be made up of judges, or retired judges appointed by the President of the Supreme Court. (c) Provisions regarding the grounds for a disciplinary proceeding, the manner of filing complaints, the make-up of the bench, the powers of the Disciplinary Court, and the disciplinary measures it may impose, shall be prescribed by law. The rules of the proceedings shall be in accordance with the law.
