Provision text

Should a Member of the Knesset hold an additional declaration due to dual citizenship that is not Israeli, and the laws of the state of citizenship which he is a citizen enables his release from this citizenship, (Amendment No. 22) he shall not declare allegiance until after he has done everything required of him to be released of it, and shall not enjoy the rights of a Member of the Knesset as long as he has not made the declaration.
