Official sourceArticle 142 (1979 Edition): The wealth of the leader, or members of the Leadership Council, the President of the
Republic, the prime minister, the ministers, and their spouses and children, will be examined by the Supreme Court
before and after their term of office, in order to determine if it is increased illegitimately.
