Official sourceArticle 161 (1979 Edition): The Supreme Court is formed on the basis of the criteria that are set forth by the
Supreme Judiciary Council in order to supervise the correct enforcement of the laws in the courts, create uniformity
in the judicial procedure, and fulfill the responsibilities that are allocated to it according to the law.
