Official sourceArticle 162 (1979 Edition): The head of the Supreme Court and the prosecutor general must be just scholars of
jurisprudence and knowledgeable of judicial matters. The leadership, in consultation with the judges of the Supreme
Court shall appoint them to these posts for a period of five years.
