Official sourceArticle 70 (1979 Edition): The President of the Republic, the prime minister, and the ministers, individually or
together, have the right to participate in the open sessions of the Assembly. They can be accompanied by their aides.
If the representatives find it necessary, the President of the Republic, the prime minister, and the ministers are
obliged to attend; if they request it their discussions will be heard. The invitation of the president to the Assembly
must be approved by a majority.
