Official sourceArticle 13433: The leadership of the Council of Ministers is assigned to the President of the
Republic who supervises the functions of the ministers; and by adopting necessary provisions
coordinates the decisions made by the ministers and the Government Council; and with the
cooperation of the ministers determines the programs of the government and implements the
laws.
