Official sourceArticle 101: The Supreme Council of the Provinces, consisting of the members of the councils
of the provinces, is formed in order to prevent discrimination and to promote collaboration in
preparing programs for the welfare and development of the provinces, and to supervise the
harmonious application of these programs. The law shall determine the manner of formation and
the responsibilities of this council.
