Official sourceArticle 97: In order to speed up the work, at the time of discussing a bill or a legal draft,
members of the Guardian Council can be present at the Assembly and listen to the discussions.
However, when an urgent bill or draft is on the agenda of the Assembly, members of the
Guardian Council must be present at the Assembly and express their opinion.
