Article 67 The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan: 1) organizes and manages the activities of the Government, and is personally responsible for its work; 2) is excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 21.05.2007 No. 254-III ( shall be enforced from the date of its official publication); 3) signs orders of the Government; 4) reports to the President and Parliament on the main activities of the Government and on all its major decisions; 5) performs other functions related to the organization and management of the Government.
