Article 95 1. One half of the deputies of the Senate of the first convocation shall be elected for a term of four years, the other half of the deputies for a term of two years, in accordance with the procedure established by constitutional law. 2. The provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on the election of deputies of the Mazhilis of Parliament and on the basis of party lists, apply after the election of deputies of the Mazhilis of Parliament of the second convocation.
