Article 94-1 The provision of paragraph 1 of Article 41 of the Constitution, which determines the term of office of the President of the Republic, applies to a person who will be elected President of the Republic following the presidential election held in connection with the expiration of the seven-year term of office of the President of the Republic elected in the elections dated December 4, 2005. The Constitution is supplemented by Article 94-1 in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 21.05.2007 No. 254-III (shall be enforced from the date of its official publication).
