Article 9
The Republic of Kazakhstan shall have its state symbols - the flag, emblem, and the
anthem. The constitutional law shall establish their description and order of official use.
Footnote. Article 9 as amended in the Kazakh language, the text in the Russian language
is not changed by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 254-III dated May 21, 2007 (
shall be applied from the date of its official publication).
