Article 64 1. The Government exercises the executive power of the Republic of Kazakhstan, heads the system of executive bodies and manages their activities. 2. The Government is a collegial body and within its activities is accountable to the President of the Republic and Parliament. 3. The members of the Government are accountable to the Chambers of Parliament in the case provided for in subparagraph 6) of Article 57 of the Constitution. 4. The competence, organization and activities of the Government are determined by constitutional law. Footnote.
