Official source3) Parliament may, for the purpose of the orderly and effective discharge of the business
of the two Houses, make provision for the powers, privileges and immunities of those
Houses and the Committees and the members thereof (including any person who is
President or Vice-President or Speaker or Deputy Speaker of either House, having been
elected from among persons who were not members thereof).
