Official source70. Power to make laws
Page 44
(1) Subject to the provisions of this Constitution, the legislative power of Lesotho is
vested in Parliament.
(2) Nothing in subsection (1) shall be construed as preventing Parliament from conferring
on any other person or authority the power to make any rules, regulations, by-laws, orders
or other instruments having legislative effect as Parliament may determine.
