Official source72. Presiding in Senate
There shall preside at any sitting of the Senate -
(a) the President of the Senate; or
(b) in the absence of the President, the Vice-President; or
(c) in the absence of the President and the Vice-President, such Senator as the Senate
may elect for that purpose.
