Official source160. Rules of Procedure of Parliament
Until rules are made by the Senate and National Assembly under section 81 of this
Constitution, the rules made by the Senate and National Assembly under section 66 of
the Independence Constitution of 1966 shall have effect to regulate the procedure of
Parliament.
