Official source76. Right of Ministers, Assistant Ministers and the Attorney-General to address,
etc., either House
(1) A Minister or an Assistant Minister who is a member of the National Assembly shall be
entitled to attend all meetings of the Senate and to take part in all proceedings thereof but
he shall not be regarded as a member of, or be entitled to vote on any question before,
the Senate; and a Minister or an Assistant Minister who is a Senator shall be entitled to
attend all meetings of the National Assembly and to take part in all proceedings thereof
but he shall not be regarded as a member of, or be entitled to vote on any question
before, the National Assembly.
(2) The Attorney-General shall be entitled to attend the National Assembly or the Senate
and to take part in the proceedings of either House of Parliament but he shall not be
entitled to vote on any question before the National Assembly or the Senate.
