Official source130. Appeals to the High Court
In addition to the supervisory jurisdiction and jurisdiction on a reference conferred on the
High Court by this Constitution, the High Court shall have such jurisdiction with regard to
appeals from decisions of any subordinate court, court-martial or tribunal as may be
conferred by Parliament.
