The following laws shall be adopted within two months as of the day when this Law
entered into force:
1. Law on Montenegrin citizenship;
2. Law on travel documents of Montenegrin citizens;
3. Law on residence and abiding place of the citizens;
4. Law on identification card;
5. Law on Social Council.
The following laws shall be adopted within six months as of the day when this Law
entered into force:
1. Law on Judicial Council and
2. Law on Territorial Organization of Montenegro.
