Social position of the employed shall be adjusted in the Social council.
Social council shall consist of the representatives of the trade union, the employers and
the Government.
Right to strike Article 66. Strike
The employed shall have the right to strike.
Restrictions on the armed forces The right to strike may be limited to the employed in the Army, police, state bodies and
public service with the aim to protect public interest, in accordance with the law.
