Official sourceArticle 146. Publication and coming into effect of the
regulations
The law and other regulation shall be published prior to coming into effect, and shall
come into effect no sooner than the eighth day from the day of publication thereof.
Exceptionally, when the reasons for such action exist and have been established in the
adoption procedure, law and other regulation may come into effect no sooner than the
date of publication thereof.
