Minimum age for first chamber The right to elect and stand for elections shall be granted to every citizen of

Montenegro of 18 years of age and above with at least a two-year residence in
Restrictions on voting Montenegro.
The electoral right shall be exercised in elections.
The electoral right shall be general and equal.
Secret ballot Elections shall be free and direct, by secret ballot.
