Article 103 The National Assembly may place in question the responsibility of the Government by the vote of a motion of censure. Such a motion is only receivable if it is signed by half of the members composing the National Assembly. The vote can only take place forty-eight hours after the presentation of the motion. The motion is only adopted if it is voted by two-thirds of the members composing the National Assembly. If the motion is adopted, the Government remits its resignation to the President of the Republic; it will then proceed to the appointment of a Prime Minister within the conditions specified in Article 54 above.
