Within the thirty days of his appointment, the Prime Minister presents his program for implementing
the general policy of the State to the Parliament, which can emit suggestions.
If, in the course of the execution, the Government estimates that fundamental modifications of this
program prove necessary, the Prime Minister submits those modifications to the National Assembly,
which may emit suggestions.
