Article 102 The means of information of the Parliament concerning the governmental action are the oral question, the written question, the interpellation, and the commission of inquiry. One session per fortnight at least, inclusively during the extraordinary sessions specified in Article 76, is reserved for the questions of the members of the Parliament and to the responses of the Government. Three days of sittings per month are reserved for an agenda ordered by each Assembly on the initiative of the groups of the opposition of the interested Assembly as well as on that of the minority groups.
