The republican form of the State, the principle of the integrity of the national territory, the principle
of the separation of the powers, the principle of autonomy of the Decentralized Territorial
Collectivities, the duration and the number of the mandate of the President of the Republic, may not
be made the object of revision.
The exceptional powers held by the President of the Republic in the exceptional circumstances or
circumstances of political trouble do not confer on him the right of recourse to a constitutional
revision.
